Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess the animal or product in your jurisdiction. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding ownership of exotic animals.
Store Policies
All purchases are subject to our Store Policies, including but not limited to our Shipping Policy, Live Arrival Guarantee, Health Guarantee, Payment Plan Policy, and Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies.
Animal Ownership Responsibility
The buyer acknowledges that owning reptiles and other exotic animals requires specialized care and husbandry. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and provide appropriate housing, heating, lighting, nutrition, supplementation, hydration, and veterinary care prior to purchasing an animal.
Stone Age Exotics LLC is not responsible for health issues resulting from improper husbandry, neglect, injury after transfer of ownership, or failure to follow accepted care practices.
Product and Animal Representation
Stone Age Exotics LLC strives to accurately represent all animals and products offered for sale. Information regarding genetics, sex, age, color, pattern, and appearance is provided to the best of our knowledge but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Color and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, age, diet, and natural development.
Limitation of Liability
Stone Age Exotics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, ownership of animals purchased, shipping delays beyond our control, or the buyer’s failure to provide appropriate care.
Stone Age Exotics LLC shall not be responsible for veterinary expenses incurred after transfer of ownership.
Stone Age Exotics LLC shall not provide cash value, monetary refunds, or reimbursements for any animal purchase. Qualifying claims under our Live Arrival Guarantee may result in a replacement animal of equal or lesser value at our sole discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse Service
Stone Age Exotics LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline sales at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, care guides, text, and other materials, is the property of Stone Age Exotics LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Thank you for choosing Stone Age Exotics LLC. Please read our store policy in full before placing your order. By purchasing an animal from us, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

Shipping Policy
We ONLY SHIP TO FEDEX HUBS FOR PICKUP for the safety of our animals.
• Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday only (arrival Tuesday–Thursday).
• Flat rate shipping: $60.
• Animals will NOT be shipped until we have communicated directly to confirm your FedEx hub location and arrange a safe shipping date.
• Local pickup is available in Riverside, CA — just ask!
Live Arrival Guarantee
• Live arrival is guaranteed ONLY if:
• You pick up the animal within 2 hours of the hub opening.
• You notify us of any issues within 2 hours of pickup.
• You provide clear photos/videos of the issue within that time frame.
• Failure to pick up within 2 hours voids live arrival guarantee.
• In the rare event of a DOA, you may receive a replacement of equal or lesser value, not a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Health Guarantee
• We offer a 14-day health guarantee.
• Animals are guaranteed to be healthy and sexed to the best of our knowledge.
• Improper husbandry (e.g. incorrect lighting, temperature, diet) will void this guarantee.
• NO PELLET FOOD — Our dragons eat live bugs and fresh greens ONLY.
• We may request photos of your setup if concerns arise.
• Health guarantee applies to life-altering or fatal conditions only. Minor cosmetic flaws do not qualify.
Payment Plans
• Payment plans are available on *QUALIFIED ANIMALS PLEASE ASK ($500+)
• 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal.
• Remaining balance must be paid within 4 weeks.
• Failure to complete payments within the agreed time frame will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
• All deposits and payments made toward animals are non-refundable!!!
Sale & Auction Purchases
• Any animal purchased on sale or won through auction must be paid in full within 48 hours of purchase.
• Sale and auction animals must be shipped within 7 days of payment, weather permitting.
• Failure to complete payment within 48 hours will result in cancellation and the animal being made available again.
• Failure to communicate within 48 hours will also result in cancellation.
Refund & Return Policy
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL — no exceptions, including shipping fees.
• Please be confident in your purchase. We do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Additional Terms
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
• Buyers must be 18+ years old or have verified permission from a parent/guardian.
• Sexing is not guaranteed unless the dragon is 6 months or older.
• Photos are taken to accurately represent color and structure, but color may vary due to lighting , camera angles, mood and diet.
• It is your responsibility to have proper reptile care knowledge and setup prior to receiving your animal.
