Shipping Policy

• We ONLY SHIP TO FEDEX HUBS FOR PICKUP for the safety of our animals.

• Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Wednesday only (arrival Tuesday–Thursday).

• Flat rate shipping: $60.

• Animals will NOT be shipped until we have communicated directly to confirm your FedEx hub location and arrange a safe shipping date.

• Local pickup is available in Riverside, CA — just ask!

Live Arrival Guarantee

• Live arrival is guaranteed ONLY if:

• You pick up the animal within 2 hours of the hub opening.

• You notify us of any issues within 2 hours of pickup.

• You provide clear photos/videos of the issue within that time frame.

• Failure to pick up within 2 hours voids live arrival guarantee.

• In the rare event of a DOA, you may receive a replacement of equal or lesser value, not a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
